Mathews ARC 30

The 2026 Mathews ARC 30 is the shorter of Mathews’ two ARC hunting models, alongside the ARC 34. Its defining characteristics are a 30-inch axle-to-axle length, 3.99 lb bare weight, 6-inch brace height, and SWX-2 cam system. Mathews rates it at up to 348 FPS IBO.

The SWX-2 cam incorporates Mathews' new Perimeter Weight Technology, which is intended to reduce felt recoil while retaining speed. The redesigned limb assembly creates a more parallel limb path, with Mathews stating that this improves efficiency and reduces post-shot vibration.

The riser is also substantially redesigned. It incorporates an integrated Bridge-Lock mounting port, a 7° angled front stabilizer mounting system, and an integrated Silent Connect anchor. These features are part of Mathews' effort to integrate accessories more directly into the bow rather than relying entirely on conventional mounting points.

There is also a SWX-Z module option intended to provide a smoother draw cycle. Independent testing reported that changing to the smoother module can reduce speed, so the two configurations represent somewhat different performance characteristics.
