1. Delivery Partner

We use Courier Guy for all deliveries within South Africa. Their reliable service ensures that your order reaches you quickly and safely.

2. Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed and dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Customized or special-order items may require additional processing time.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Major Cities and Surrounding Areas: 2-3 business days
  • Outlying or Remote Areas: 3-5 business days
  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, public holidays).

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery via Courier Guy's online tracking system.

6. Delivery Address

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information.
  • Magnum Archery will not be held responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Delivery Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within South Africa.
  • If you require international shipping, please contact us at info2@magnumarchery.co.za to discuss potential arrangements.

8. Delivery Issues

8.1 Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed, Courier Guy may leave a notification with instructions for redelivery or collection from their nearest depot.

8.2 Delayed Deliveries
While we strive for prompt delivery, delays may occur due to factors outside our control. In such cases, we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue with Courier Guy.

8.3 Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info2@magnumarchery.co.za or 0836100582 with your order and tracking details. We will work with Courier Guy to resolve the issue.

9. Local Pickup

Local customers may have the option to collect their orders directly from our store in Pretoria. Select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

10. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Seppie Cilliers - Owner of Magnum Archery

2 x Commonwealth games medalist, Numerous National Champion, 3 time world gold medalist and has had more than 18 National records, from which 8 are current.

He is one of only two people in Africa who has shot a perfect IFAA indoor score of 300/300 with 60/60x’s. He has a perfect FITA 30m round of 360/360 and also boasts in being the only person on the African continent to have shot a perfect 30m double record of 720/720.

In 2009 he has broken the 30m FITA World Record and has set the bar at 360/360 with 33/36 x’s. He has become part of the 1400 club by shooting a 1407 in Durban in 2009. Only a year after that he shot an astounding 1418 FITA round. Only 1 person in the world has ever shot higher than that score.

He broke the Hunter National Record in March 2010 by shooting a 556/560, with fellow Magnum Archery shooter Koos De Wet, who holds the same record by shooting the same score on the same day.

Seppie has successfully hunted a cape buffalo and Girrafe and has assisted many bow hunters in their preparations for big game hunts, like giraffe, elephant and hippo.
