Magnum Archery Returns Policy

At Magnum Archery, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item under the terms outlined below.

Returns Eligibility

- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

- A valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Custom-built arrows or shafts that have been cut to size

- Used or modified items

- Items marked as clearance or final sale

- Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage.

Refunds

- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for the same product (such as a different size or model), please contact us first to confirm availability. Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and inspected.
