Magnum Archery 35th Birthday Campaign

Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Period

• The Magnum Archery 35th Birthday Campaign runs from 1 August 2026 until 31 August 2026, unless otherwise stated.
• Individual promotional offers may run for shorter periods as specified in the relevant advertisement.
• "Today Only" Spot Deals are valid only for the date and time specified.
• Magnum Archery may introduce different promotional offers throughout the campaign.

2. Where the Offers Apply

Promotional offers may be available:

• In the Magnum Archery retail store
• On the Magnum Archery online store
• Or through both channels, as specified in each promotion

Please check the relevant advertisement to confirm where each promotion applies.

3. Stock Availability

• All promotions are subject to stock availability.
• Promotional stock is limited and available while stocks last.
• Adding an item to your online shopping cart does not reserve stock.
• Online orders remain subject to final stock verification.
• If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, Magnum Archery may offer:
  • A refund
  • Store credit (where accepted)
  • An alternative product
  • Fulfilment at a later date by agreement

4. Promotional Prices

• Promotional prices apply only during the advertised promotional period.
• Unless otherwise stated, all prices include VAT.
• Promotional pricing cannot be applied to purchases made before the promotion began.
• Promotional pricing cannot be honoured after the promotion has ended.
• Magnum Archery will honour advertised prices in accordance with South African consumer legislation.

5. Discounts

• Discounts apply only to products specifically included in each promotion.
• Unless otherwise stated, discounts:
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cannot be transferred.
  • Cannot be applied retrospectively.
  • Cannot be combined with vouchers, dealer pricing, negotiated pricing, staff discounts or other promotions.
  • Cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.
• Where multiple promotions could apply, the customer will receive the highest applicable discount unless otherwise stated.

6. Spot Deals

• Spot Deals may be announced through Magnum Archery's website, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or other official communication channels.
• Spot Deals are valid only for the advertised period and while stocks last.
• Payment must be completed during the promotional period to qualify.

7. Online Orders

• Online orders remain subject to Magnum Archery's standard website terms, delivery policy, returns policy and privacy policy.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery and contact information.
• Delivery charges are excluded unless expressly stated.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to stock verification, payment clearance, courier operations, public holidays and delivery location.

8. Payment

• Payment must be made using an accepted payment method.
• Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been received and cleared.
• Magnum Archery reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders after a reasonable period or once the promotion has expired.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Warranties

• Promotional purchases remain subject to the Consumer Protection Act and applicable South African legislation.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights.
• Returns due to a change of mind are subject to Magnum Archery's standard returns policy.
• Customised or specially ordered products may be subject to different return conditions.
• Manufacturer warranties continue to apply where applicable.

10. Product Images and Descriptions

• Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.
• Magnum Archery takes reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, specifications and pricing are accurate.
• Genuine pricing or typographical errors will be corrected in accordance with applicable law.

11. Quantity Limits

• Magnum Archery may limit the quantity of promotional items purchased to ensure fair access for all customers.
• Promotions are intended for normal retail purchases and not bulk resale.
• Dealer and wholesale purchases may be excluded from selected promotions.

12. Excluded Products

Unless specifically stated, promotions may exclude:

• Special-order products
• Custom-built or customised equipment
• Workshop labour and services
• Repairs
• Coaching or range fees
• Dealer or wholesale orders
• Gift vouchers
• Shipping and courier charges
• Existing quotations
• Lay-bys opened before the promotion
• Products already on promotion
• Selected supplier-restricted brands

13. Amendments

• Magnum Archery reserves the right to correct errors, amend, suspend or withdraw promotions where reasonably necessary due to technical errors, supplier issues, stock availability or system failures.
• Any changes will be communicated through the same channel used to advertise the promotion.
• This does not affect customers' rights under South African consumer law.

14. Privacy

• Personal information collected during the campaign will be processed in accordance with Magnum Archery's Privacy Policy and applicable South African data protection legislation.
• Participation in the campaign does not automatically subscribe customers to marketing communications.
• Customers may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

15. General

• Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions together with any conditions contained in the relevant promotion.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
• Failure by Magnum Archery to enforce any provision immediately does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
